Cookie policy.
Last updated 12 May 2026. Plain-English explanation of how we use cookies on zestplex.bond.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — language preferences, login state, items in a basket, or whether you have already dismissed a cookie banner. The technology has been around since the mid-1990s and most websites use it.
What we set on this site.
Zestplex.bond uses a small number of cookies. We've listed every one below.
Strictly necessary (always active).
- PHPSESSID. Standard PHP session cookie. Maintains your form session, CSRF protection token, and remembers if you have already sent a message. Expires when you close your browser.
- up_consent_v1. A localStorage entry (not technically a cookie but covered here for transparency) recording your cookie banner decision. Persists until you clear browser data or click "Cookie preferences" in the footer to reset.
Analytics (only with your consent).
If you accept all cookies on the banner, we may set first-party analytics cookies to understand which advisory pages help visitors most. These cookies do not track you across other websites and do not feed advertising platforms. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar third-party tools — but if we ever introduce one, we will update this page and reset your consent banner first.
What we do not set.
No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking, no social-media remarketing tags. We have a strong preference for keeping this site simple and the data minimum.
Changing your mind.
You can reset your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. This clears your stored decision and re-opens the consent banner. You can also clear cookies via your browser settings (Chrome: Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data; Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data; Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data).
Do Not Track.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a request to load no non-essential cookies and we do not display the consent banner. Most modern browsers no longer send DNT signals by default — but where it is received we respect it.
Cookies on linked services.
Our contact form is hosted on this same domain — no third-party form provider is involved. When you click a "WhatsApp" link in our footer, that opens WhatsApp (or wa.me) which is operated by Meta Platforms and subject to their own privacy/cookie policies. We have no insight into what they set.
Get in touch about cookies.
Email [email protected] if you have any questions about the cookies we set or wish to request a list of all data we hold on you. See also our privacy policy for the wider data picture.
