1. Who you are dealing with.

Zestplex Education Sdn Bhd (registration 202401026457 (1626845-V)), a private limited company incorporated in Malaysia and operating from Wisma Cybercentral, Suite 12-3, Persiaran Multimedia, Cyberjaya, 63000 Selangor, Malaysia.

2. The website.

The content on zestplex.bond is provided for general information about our advisory services and study destinations. It is not legal, financial or visa advice. While we update guides every six months and check facts against partner-university data, immigration rules and tuition fees change without notice. Always confirm the latest position with the relevant university or government body before making a decision.

3. The advisory engagement.

When you book a discovery call we provide free, non-binding advisory services. Once we agree to proceed, an advisory engagement begins. The scope is documented in your initial pathway report and may be amended in writing by mutual agreement.

• We provide guidance; you make decisions. We will never sign documents or accept offers on your behalf without your written authorisation.
• You retain ownership of all documents you provide to us. We hold them on your behalf for the duration of the engagement plus the retention period set out in our privacy policy.
• We agree not to disclose your circumstances to any third party except universities, scholarship bodies and government authorities you have explicitly instructed us to engage with.

4. Fees.

Advisory services described on this site are provided at no cost to students. Zestplex is paid by partner universities under standard agent fee arrangements when a student we have introduced enrols. This commission does not affect your tuition and does not bind us to recommend partner universities — see clause 5.

Non-advisory pass-through services (sworn translation, courier of certified copies, biometrics fees) are charged at the supplier's published cost with no Zestplex margin. We will obtain your approval in writing before incurring any such cost above RM 200.

5. Independence and conflict of interest.

We hold partnership agreements with the universities listed on our about page. We disclose those partnerships proactively in every shortlist. We are obliged to provide impartial advice; if a non-partner university is genuinely the best fit for you, we are required to recommend it.

6. Acceptable use of this website.

By using this site you agree not to:

• Submit information that is false, misleading or impersonates another person.
• Use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial communications.
• Attempt to interfere with the site's security or normal operation.
• Scrape or systematically download our guides for republication without permission.

7. Intellectual property.

All content on this site — text, photography, logo, structured data — is the property of Zestplex Education Sdn Bhd or used under licence. You may share links to our pages freely. You may not republish, reframe or repurpose our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of this site or our free advisory services is limited to RM 1,000. This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence or death/personal injury caused by our negligence. For fee-paying premium services the limitation is set out in your engagement letter.

9. Termination.

You can end our advisory engagement at any time by emailing your advisor. We will hand over your file in PDF form within seven working days. We may end the engagement if you ask us to do something we believe to be unethical or unlawful, with reasonable notice.

10. Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or our advisory services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
